So I was searching the internet and was looking up how to modify my loan. Came across this company call Financialution, and they said they have a software where I can prepare and see if I qualify for HAMP. It was only 495 so I said OK and purchased access to the software and I was actually pretty impressed with the software. I was able to print a full bank ready modification package and instructions as well. Needless to I fully qualified and I am on a trial mod as we speak. I would definitely recommend any homeowner to try the software out because it really prepares a professional package and the instructions are easy to follow.
