No one seems to know anything other than what they are assigned to. I have been there several times, and never have I gotten the same person or response. I am so angry that I absolutely hate to call, wherever I have to call. I wish some other mortgage company would buy me out; they want because I have almost paid the interest. Is there anyone who can help me with this problem? I have read most of the comments on this site, and I have to agree with most of them.
