I signed up with First House Financial. The representative was very pleasant and I received my listing but there are no phone numbers! How am I supposed to contact these homeowners?
I tried calling their customer service department but due to my scheduling I am never able to reach them before they open or close due to being on the east coast and them on west coast scheduling. How can I get help? The other attachments they sent me won't open on my computer due to a doc file incompatibility error. I'm going to demand a refund if I can't get answers soon, because I'm very interested in the program but not if it the company thats helping me is going to be this unprofessional.
