I have had a term life policy for approx 5yrs. I have been very good until lately when I lost my job with making the payments of $80 per month. Of late, even though the payments where late they were made. I was out of town and returned recently to find that the company had surrendered my policy with no communication with me when I tried to contact customer services they told me that there was nothing I could do. I tried to speak to my broker but to date she has not responded to my calls. I am very disgusted with this as all the premiums for the past five yrs have just gone down the drain like that I would like to know if I am at least entitled to some of that back.
