I gave them 2500 bucksand it took for me to ask for my money back before they sent me anything... It took like 6-7 months before a reply, i couldnt get in touch with the person who was assigned to my case and when they finally did send me something... It was a letter saying there was nothing they could do for me and that was it... No refund, no anything... Just a big screw off
