FRANK really upset

I cant believe anyone can do such things to people in such an economy. We are all hurting and need to help each other. Not rip us off.

It all sounded so good. But never received what i was expecting. Just more adds for more things to buy. I am out $97 and dont know how to get hold of anyone to talk with.
