These people lied to me, they can take your money over the phone but they cant give it back to you. They have put me on hold cause they wanted me to calm down. They tell you one thing then say they didnt. When i call i have to sit on hold forever.
I dont read and understand the fine print very well. I told them this. I talked to one person that explained what i thought was the right thing aperently it wasnt. They took money out of my account when i wasnt expecting it so i had bills that bounced and got shut off of things because of their timing.
All together they got about $500.00 from me. I didnt understand that you only could buy from thier magazines wich are full of junk. 500 is alot of money for me, they sent a instant cash card but no way to use it. Every time i would call they would send me vouchers to use when i purchased something out of their book.
I had to call them to send me a book. They got the first 199.00 and didnt bother with me any more. There is just so many things to say about this ripoff co.
