CCS promised me a credit card in the amount of 6500.00 to build my credit, I received my cards (3) with the promise that I could cancel, when I tried to cancel, they gave me the run around, said they would cancel.
I called a second time right before the cancellation date and they had already deducted $199.00 and $99.00 out of my account. I called and wanted a refund, which they said NO, Its NON-REFUNDABLE.
