I sent an email requesting the cancellation of my account. I received a return email directing me to their website for cancellations. On their website, they give you options to either cancel or continue. I wanted to cancel. The option then told me that if I wished to cancel, then a cost of $39.95 (US) would be deducted from my credit card. The trial that I put in for was FREE - well almost - I had to pay for postage. Why are they now charging this amount to cancel my account??
