I've been unable to get involved with my bank account online for recent months the lender has made me change my security password 4 or 5 times previously 3-month no individual to speak with and they're continuously securing me from my account it get 45-minute to make it to talk to a human and they could only help me briefly after i request to talk to a their is no body, i've to actually remove from work to get involved with my banking account, after i reach a individual it usually somebody who will hardly speak english and it is unable to help me i've emailed the financial institution however they don't react to me, the cash in their is mine not theirs and that i ought to be able to get into my account if ever i have to, easily wear not receive any fulfillment i'm likely to go funnel 2 customers criticism i'm very disappointed over this whole situation and that i believe the hsbc isn't giving me any fulfillment they have to have spent hundreds replacing their system to make their customers unhappy and they're extremely unhelpful
