The people at auto one definitely need training in dealing with customers in a more positive and private manner. Back in december i had my daughter write a check and authorize one car payment for me which was 502.00. A guy by the name of casen and a woman by the name of brenda harker asked me for more money. I
told them at the time one payment was all i had. I would pay the other payment i was behind on in one week. They asked to speak to my daughter and asked her for her checking acct info. She told them twice that she was only authorizing one payment as this was all the money i had put in her account. She repeated that she was only authorizing 502.00. Two days later she discovered that auto one had electronically taken $1004.00 out of her bank acct.
When i spoke with auto one brenda harken and casen admitted taking the money that was not authorized. I asked them to credit back my daughter's account and they laughed. I had to contact eugene simpson the director of collections to get it straightened out. He said he would reprimand these two people but they are still working there.in fact i got a call from them yesterday. Also casen violated my privacy big time. He left a message on the answering machine where i work about my past due account for everyone to hear. They are very rude and nasty. Brenda harker even called my daughters house once and asked her where is her van "as if she is making my payments". And yes they are good with the threatening phone calls. And then they wonder why you hang up in their face. I've even had them call me at 8am in the morning on a sunday. Isn't that against the law. If anyone knows of a lawsuit against this company please
let me know, we can make it a class a. Also i've made 12 payments on my van and i still owe the same amount of money i owed when i first financed it. Auto one is a big ripoff. What happened to my $7000.00. No one can tell me why i still owe the
same amount of money after one year.
