TeBo Financial Services Inc: Can't wait to get them into court, no loan note signed by them, stole car four day's after payment. Cross border company/using USA address., Ohio

I went to a car dealer that I had seen on TV; Bobb Suzki Automotive; in Columbus, OH. Hwy-40 or West Broad St. The salesman Bobby, talked to me about what I wanted and he said: "the car you need is right outside". We walked 25'FT. To a gold Chevy malabu LX, he asked if I would like to take it out for a test drive, I said yes. He ran inside and got a dealer plate and said that his boss wanted to see the motorcycle I was using for a "Trade-IN".

I brought the bike to the dealership and told them I would not take less then $5K for it since it was a custom job, paint, chrome, and new battery, wheels, and 1/2 chop. The car was at my home, the motorcycle at the dealership, they already had the paperwork ready for me to sign. I told them NO, thats when I was told that they had sold my bike and needed me to sign a POA for the bike and I was getting my asking price.

I told them I had not signed the title to the bike over to anyone and asked for it back, they would not produce it. Then I said that I wanted a 2500 HD truck they had on the lot since I was going home: to Grand Rapids, MI and then my house in Allegan, MI to haul some antiques back we had left up there. The long and short of it is that. I had to buy the Malabu, I signed the contracts;and paid them another $! K on top of only getting $3K for my motorcycle.

But where it states: "by Ohio Law the dealership or loan company must sign this contract or it will be considered NULL and VOID" no signatures. Then the had to put front brakes, rotor's pads, and new calipers on the same day. The car body, motor and transmission and tire's were in such bad shape that it was unsafe to drive, Bobb Suzki would do nothing I had to pay for it all. I made my first payment two week's eairly and a day after the payment was due (paid already by my CC)

I received a notice of repossession after I called and they we so rude to me. I told Tebo if they took it; I would see them in court. They took it. So, we will be going to court. I hired a PVT Dective and came up with so much on TeBo, the true owners and the fact that they do not have a trademarks and the company is owned by a man who has applied for over 1800 trademarks and been refused mostly due to credit, himself.
