On 1 June, I received card payment notice by which the deadline dated 1 June. On 2 June, I paid the statement balance and called Citibank. They insisted I have to pay for the service charge and penalty. I accused Citibank has delayed posting the payment notice to the customers in purpose. Last year, I did not receive e-statement notice and I told them to send me the hard copy. This month, I do not have the payment notice until deadline date.
