This company was going to give me a loan to start my business, and all that was agreed on, and even had a contract for, was that I pay the insurance on the loan.
Once I sent the insurance payment, a day or 2 went by and then they came up with another fee, a legalization fee that they stated was from the IMF. Also, they refused to honor the contract that we had together, and they also stated that they did not know about the new fee in question, although in an email they stated that they knew about the fee in the beginning.
So before any money was sent, I had them do another contract, which they refuse to follow because the second fee was paid and now they want a third fee. They claim that the loan is in my account, but it is not there, and they even sent a deposit slip stating that it was in my account, but the money is not there. They say they need an account activation fee to get the funds transferred to me.
I have also kept all correspondence from this so-called company, and in their emails at the beginning they stated that all fees would be paid by them, and now they are refusing to acknowledge any type of emails. I even forwarded the contracts back to them since they do not know how to follow them and do not even know what they state.
They keep saying that they are well known around the world and have good customer service, but I believe that they are also lying and they are not good business people and do not know how to tell the truth or follow the contracts that they write. If they were a legitimate company, I would have the loan without paying any fees upfront and would have the loan in my account here in the US, but instead they are scammers because they keep asking for fees after a fee is paid.
