I only wish I would have known about this website before I was taken by these criminals! Everything I have read by other reporters on this site is EXACTLY the same way I have been treated, same lies told, similar loss of money.
I was convinced to form a corporation because they told me I could save thousands each and every year on my taxes for my home-based business. They promised to have a counselor available to help me every step of the way. They said they would offer advice on record-keeping, how to use your home office, cars, etc. They said I could call them as often as I wanted to get assistance. After I paid the original $3995 they told me I would need to pay a monthly fee for the services but they would throw in free completion and filing of all my tax returns. So, I signed up for the annual program at $279.00.
Then someone called me to get into the Mall4All program. They told me how I could save $5000 on my taxes each year for the next 7 years. That would only cost me another $3000. They would show me how to write down a $7000 promisory note by clicking on the website to get credit for each click.
Fortunately, I had already begun to have problems from them and didn't bite on this offer. I told the guy that I needed someone to call me for help with my corporation. I said I wasn't receiving the services I had been told I would get originally. He promised to have someone call me.
Someone called alright... But it was the same guy who had shown me how to fill out my corporation papers. He said he didn't know the answer to my questions, he would have someone else call me. Apparently this counselor they told me about originally.
Someone called me to schedule an appointment for the counselor, but the counselor never kept his appointment. When I called to schedule another appointment, they scheduled it with the "first guy" again! He did keep his appointment, but again was of no assistance.
I called back on several occasions and either get a recording telling me to leave my name and number and someone will call me back, or a girl who seems to know nothing, takes my name and number and still no one calls back.
Today I received another bill in the mail from them for $647 to continue my corporation through them. Of course, I will still get all the services I was promised but now it will cost me more.
I have to find a way out of the arrangement. I am sure I am breaking all kinds of tax laws. People there are very "unconcerned" about all of tha "stuff" when I do leave a message. They assure me it will be fine, not to worry.
I don't even care about getting my money back, I just want to get out from under them!
