I lost some money here too, but not as much as most that has posted here because I didn't go with their mall4all scheme.
I heard a radio commercial for a NADN free "tax deductions" booklet and thought it might come in handy. I called and was told that based on my salary they could help me get a lot of money back from taxes. I had to join first before someone could give me a better analysis of my tax scenario, and that there was a 30-day money back guarantee. This was in late April.
I was told about the Mall4All and I would have to spend $5K for everything to be done, the mall, hit generator, home-based C-corp. I spent 2 weeks researching the mall4all scheme and spoke to a accountant, and a few things that NADN tax-consultant told me was wrong, like offsetting my W2 income using a home-based C-corp. Only a S-corp can offset W2 income.in addition to the mall4All website that I wasn't completely convinced of its workability, I called on May 10th to cancel NADN membership and requested my $800 2-yr NADN membership back. No problems, they said. They gave me a RA number to return the membership kit, which I did.
By May 24th, I had not gotten my refund, so I called. I was politely told that my refund was processed on May 12th, and that I should be getting something in the mail. Another week went and I called again to inquire about my refund, only to be told by a message that NADN filed Chp7 on May 25th and 26th. I cannot believe that just a day prior I was told over the phone that my refund was on its way.
What a load of crap!!! They never meant to process my refund at all. I lost $800 for nothing; I guess it was one expensive lesson. I really feel sorry for those that went with the website scheme and lost way more than my $800.
