Used them today, hiring a van to move house. I spoke with the office on two occassions prior to my booking and had no issues. Van arrived bang on time and came from Enterprise.
I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt given the previous negative reviews, as people never write reviews having had a good experience of something (apart from me).
I was not disappointed with the service and would use them again.
