I rented a PO Box from this location on (Friday - 12/02 - 12:33: 41 PM) and it’s the worse experience. After renting the box on Friday, (less than 24 hrs later), I called (Saturday – 12/03 – early morning) to advise I didn't need the box after all, was the manager Max was who I had to speak with Monday morning 12/05. I called early this morning (Monday – 12/05 - 9:32AM), asked for the Manager (Max) who was extremely RUDE and wouldn't give me my money ($41.00) back. On top of that I realize after paying for the box, he charged me more than what was indicated at the window. I asked for a manager over him, he gave me to another manager (who would cover for him) at another location nearby. Don't do any service with the store! I have now filed a further complaint (2) against them, especially when I realize I was being scam. A business would risk so much for a $41.00 dollars is sad.
