First Consumers National Bank, Belinda Fields rip-off late fees

I paid my account in full with FCNB and recieved a statement later that I owed late charges. To really top it off I paid the full amount and then turned around and charged me the late charge.

I have been trying to contact them, but their line seems to be busy. They sure know how to get in touch with you, but when you need them no way to do so.
