I have had good credit up until now. I am really concerned with the lack of competency this company
is displaying.
I have been receiving my monthly statement after it is already late and then they charge me $35.00 late charges. I don't know what I will do but all my bills are paid on time.
The only thing I can think of at this point is contacting an attorney. I work too hard to have to pay bogus fees that are not with-in my control. If anyone else has contacted an attorney I would be interested in knowing how you made out. I am very upset by this. I don't take advantage of anyone and I resent when it's done to me.
