I received a call that I could pay a fee and receive a card to re-establish my credit. I paid the fee, was unhappy with the services and returned the packet. I was told a refund requires 8-12 weeks for processing and I actually waited 12 weeks before calling!
It has been 6 months of excuses as to why I cannot receive my refund. I have never been told NO, only that it is in progress. I have even been given dates on 3 occassions as to when the money will be sent out. I am never allowed to speak with anyone in a managerial position and the only number in which I can call them is a long distance number.
I fear that by the time this is over, I will have paid out more money to prove a point than I originally paid for a fraudulent service.
