Incorrect reservation

I created a Marriott hotel reservation with American Express Journey utilizing American Specific factors for area of the price. The reservation was proceessed improperly, placing me in a diminished quality space than I settled for. After I contact American Express Journey they'll not stop the reservation and correct the issue. They inform me they "have named the resort" which is fixed. However, about the Marriott site the wrong reservation continues to be present. Marriott informs me the reservation originated from Travelocity (American Show evidently created my reservation through Travelocity without informing me; I had been provided the impact the reservation had been created straight with Marriott). Marriott suggests the reservation stands as joined, and they'll not change it out; just American Express Journey. I've spent hours with various "call-center" workers who'll not support me. I've settled over $700 additional to get a more costly space, and that I am not getting hired. I find no method to get any reaction from American Express Journey.
