American Expres Travel needs to cancel the current reservation they have in place (which they made via Travelocity without telling me; they gave me the iimpression the reservation was being made directly with Marriott) and ensure that the correct reservation is made. I need to be able to go to the Marrott website for that assurance. It is not sufficient to have an American Express call center employee tell me that they have "called the hotel" and all is well. The fact is that the reservation per Marriott is for an inferior room than what I paid for.
