Got a phone call at home saying that I was approved for a no interest credit card and that all I had to do was pay them 329.80 and that with in 26 days I would get my credit card in the mail.
I now that this sounded to good to be true but, for what ever reason or lack there of, I bit. Well the 26 days passed and no credit card. I gave them a call and they said that it was sent the day before and that I should recieve it in a day or two. All I got was a packet full of vacation stuff and a form to fill out that does not say I am assured a credit card. This is not what was said to me on the phone. I called again and they played back a recording they made of the verifaction of information I gave to the first person I talked with but not the the confercation with this person.
In this recording were the person was talking so fast it did say that I would have to send in this form to get the card but did not say that it was no guaranteed. I admit that I should have listened better but just thought this was just verifing what was said with the other person. Boy do I feel stupid. I have learned a big lesson.
