I had asked that your organization respond to my letter with a complete answer within 5 business days of my request. Your response letter to me, states that I will receive an answer within the next 60 days, which I find to be completely unacceptable, seeing as though your organization has given me nothing but the run around regarding the exact payoff amount etc. Since this is a recent payoff your organization should have all my records at hand. What is there to research?
What is the problem in your organization that would cause your organization to tell me that it will take you 60 days to research and respond to my request for information that I am entitled to? It's the poor practices and policies that will continue to drive your organization into the ground and to be sued over and over again
