Increased Recovery Company, hasn't named me, but recently I acquired a notice within the email saying I owed AT&t-money. And so I named them-and informed them I never experienced AT&T, the person mentioned I clearly did cause there is a statement. Today I asked him for wherever so when. He explained 2006 within an a condo complex that I'd existed in but never at that house number. And so I told him it had been not me, he explained he had my social protection number and study quarry to to me and my name. He explained I simply had a need to spend the statement trigger it'd continue my credit, being that I don't possess the cash I stated I really could not pay him something. He contended with me and stated he was documenting me. And so I chose to contact the amount with this page for AT&T they stated that I'd a merchant account in 2004 and not mentioned something about me having a statement. Additionally they couldn't inform me wherever the statement was for or for exactly what the support was. Additionally they stated their bill was also old to provide me a contact range for that statement.
Must I understand this like a fraud? Somebody took my Identification? I'm unsure how to proceed.
However The Increased Recovery Company is rude of course if they don't have any info I view it like a fraud.
