I simply registered with mediacom to receive wire support. I acquired my first statement on Feb. 22 and compensated having a money purchase inside a week. On March 22 I received my next statement and was acutely furious, they stated that I'd not settled my statement in the month before. I named the client support 1-800-number and informed they hadn't received cost for that month before and there is nothing they might do, after I stated that I'd delivered a money purchase in regards to a week after I received the statement, they explained they'dnot received it and it'd consider six-days to obtain it. They'dnot tell me other things and so I hungup. My fiance had likewise had mediacom and we'd internet, when it got turn off they charged us for that device despite the fact that we'd a reciept. Additionally they stated that we owed for that wire package despite the fact that we also had a reciept for this. Additionally they attempted to cost us for movies that people never requested any films. Somebody must do something positive about the corporation, I'm fed up with being lied to which scam needed to quit!!!
