I approached Krunch by telephone to advise him of the deal just in case he didn't remember our organization name. Krunch stated he remembered dropping his budget a few months before, this was the issue and he couldn't speak now. I approached the scam depertment Heartland, they suggested that Krunchis charge card was never comprimised OR reported stolen. They suggested in my experience, Tre with Heartlands Scam division INCH-888-963-3600 ext 11709, that I really could obtain Krunch to signal a launch he no further diputes the cost of $1775.
