Ripoff Unauthorized, fraudulent charge to my credit card Marina Del Rey

Similiar to two previous posts, I have been a victim of credit card fraud by epassport.com.

A major credit card company called my today questioning unusual activity on my card. The only false charge was a $500 charge 3 days prior by epassport.com, which I had never heard of and was definitely fraud. Mastercard provided the phone number for epassport.com and asked me to contact them. I spoke to a personable representative who asked me for my credit card number (they already had it, didn't they??!!) and address (which I refused). I could hear background noise for several other operators. The rep (Shere'sp?) said that the case was being referred to their fraud department and said that it was my responsibility to obtain a police report or some such language. They provided me a case number and fax number and said that a report would be available in 7-10 days.

I then called Mastercard back and reported what I had been told. The rep there said that Mastercard's fraud department will investigate and prosecute the case.
