I placed an order with Heartland America and used my credit card to pay for it. Months later a $39.95 charge to Heartland America appeared on the card.
I called and asked what the charge was. They said: "We sent you a letter saying we were going to enroll you in our Value Club unless you responded by a certain date, and since you didn't respond we enrolled you and charged your credit card."
What a fraud! Something like this seems criminal. Do not give them your credit card number!
