I'm the victim of a stolen and forged check for $4,500 sent to me via FEDEX, from Houston, TX with a Dayton, OH address on package (Old Hickory BBQ), by "Brett Williams, Financial Consortium International, LLC" advertised with an address at 122 South Swan Street, Albany, NY 12210. (bogus)
A call to the leasing office there tells me they have never been a tenant but did attempt to locate there. That contact is Russell Schwartz, Advanced -Services, Mr. Schwartz also advised the City of Albany business license on their website is a forgery.
They give out the following contact numbers: 800 644-9312 and 518 514-1152 as a fax and voicemail number.in addition to a website: www.checkbank.Biz they list [email protected] as a contact. Their mail server has the IP: 69.56.225.114/chs/index.php.
These people are advertising their fraudulent enterprise on sites such as monster.com and careerbuilder.com (copy attached). Their website was closed by the host, dimenoc.com, when fraud was discovered.
I understand the Scarsdale, NY Police Department, Detective Russ Mervant, is also investigating them as is the NYBBB. Please contact me if you need additional information and please put these thieves out of action!!!
