After making 2 payment total of $1000.00, I never heard from them again. I still have all the paperwork they sent me. I have names, phone numbers and more

I made 2 payments a total of $1000.00 and never heard from them again. When I call them, I was put on hold for long periods at time. When I ask for the person that I perioviously talk to, they would say he or she no longer work here. I still have all documents from this fack company, Even the box that the binder came in with the address label still on the box.
