Ripoff dishonest billing-impossible to reach unfair practices

I paid off my card balance of $2,340.00 entirely and then recieved a bill for a finance charge for $25.00... I sent the amount even though I felt it was unfair as I thought I was cancelling the account completly. Today I received another bill now saying I owe $61.04! My payment WAS sent on time and they claim it was late... I'm being billed $35.00 plus the $25.00 I already sent! I have spent the last 3 hours trying to talk to a representative and I either get automated menu's or am told (from a related #) this account no longer exists! These People are criminal and their practices should be Illegal! I have NO intention of continuing to play their RIP-OFF game and I want to end this NOW!!
