I receive my card they wanted a 20.00 processing fee. I paid that and now i can't use it even thou they said i could use it by the 18th of this month. I have called but i can't get a human person to talk to. It's all a recorded message. I want to cancel my card but i can't.
I just received a bill for 185.50 and i haven't even used the card. What should i do? I want to send the card back to them and tell them to cancel the card.
