In a $4,800 account - open since the 1980s - Price stole a $20.00 "service fee" at the end of the September quarter. Supposedly applicable because the account was less than $10,000. Never agreed to, of course. Acted like the thieving scum they are on the phone.
An excellent fund if you wish to be robbed. Otherwise useless.
