Special ordered sectional mfg.By Rowe furnitue. When it finally arrived it was very poorly put together. They sent out s tech to look at it and then a few weeks later they sent an apholsterer who couldn't believe the horrible job they had done. She explained that she would submit the report to the Rowe rep Matt Tulley. I found out they were ordering another sofa and I was very happy.
Several monthe later the sofa arrived and it was worse than the 1st one. This sofa was not cheap and I can't believe the uneven seams, cushions that don't fit, large gap where the 2 pieces go together, rippling on both arms and across the top.
A Mgregors person came out and made notes about the areas. Later Karen from McGregors called to let me know that I could either take back my old sofa or keep the second one.
I tried calling the rep. From Rowe and left several messages anh he didn't return my calls.
Karen at McGregors said that there was nothing more they could do. So far they have done nothing but take my money and end up with my 1st sofa for free. Yes, they have my ist sofa on the sales floor for full price.
I just want my money back and they can sell my second sofa too. I would be willing to accept some sort of compromise.
