Be careful i purchased the ez mail-order profits plan. I was supposed to be charged $497. My ccard was billed $998. I called the company at least 3x asking for the refund back to my card. As of 13 april there has been no reponse and noone returns my calls. I have talked to carmen at least twice, and was told my card will be refunded. It has not happened yet! I suggest that who ever reads this, don't do business with zaken your just throwing your money away. I also noticed while reading others peoples misfortune, no one from zaken ever responed. What ever it takes this organazation (zaken} has to be stopped!!
