I had ordered the liquidation program, but never received it. I then called the zaken company and talked with a customer service rep.
She at first helped me by letting the shipping dept. Know what happened. She said that she would have them call me, and they did. Then they called and told me they had no order on line for me.
So i called back one more time, and never heard back from anybody. My point is something is, or was wrong with the zaken company however i never received my order or a refund of my $162. The reason i don't have an address is because i got rid of all that material.
