6.intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress
7. Recovery of Usurious Interest Received
8. Financial Abuse of An Elder
The lawsuit file number is BC457578 and claims that Jordan Tabach-Bank personally participated in and benefited from the unlawful acts and misconduct.
The lawsuit also mentions employees named Deanna Acosta and Lynette Marks.
The lawsuit says that the contract states that her collateral, a diamond necklace, would be stored "on the premises" of the pawnshop but that the statement was false. Employee Acosta told the elderly lady that the necklace was missing and they were not able to find it.
