I was a full-time reset specialist for Acosta, Inc. From 3 - 5, but was fired from the company, while out on a disability leave (dialysis). I dont understand why I was fired because "Company Policy", stated that an employee with a serious health condition could get up to one year disability leave. I filed a lawsuit against Acosta, Inc. For "Wrongful Termination of a Disabled Person", and we settled our differences in mediation in May.
