I have been a loyal wells fargo customer since 2006.in the beginning, while the economy was still unstable they were displayed exceptional customer service. However, all of this year in they have displayed unsatisfactory customer service, disrespectful and not understanding thoroughly the issues that I have discusses with them.
I have always had sufficient funds in my bank account. However, their system has stated that I have not so it reverts to overdraft protection from my CREDIT CARD. From july to september 16, Wells Fargo has charged me $1500 extra which has increased my debt on credit! This is unlawful and it violates the public's trust since I was getting charged without any consent. With that being said, since the beginning of 2011 I have been charged almost $3000 in fees!!
