My debit card was charged by 3 different recuring charges - even though there were no funds available to cover the charges - yet Wells Fargo Bank STILL accepted the charges, then charged me $31 for EACH overdraft.
Wells Fargo should NOT allow charges to be made against a debit card that does NOT have funds available.
I called and spoke with "Doris", a "customer service" supervisor at the El Monte, CA phone bank. She was very rude, and simply said that she "could not" (should have said WOULD not) reverse the fees.
I have had nothing but trouble with Wells Fargo over the years, but this was the last straw.
