I received a call on February 2nd from a representative claminging that I qualified for a credit card from First Primier Bank.
I did apply online for this, so I was asked to pay $299.00 for the card from my checking account. The money was withdrawn on the 9th February. I called a number shown on my checking account statement 800-394-4432. I was told by the operator that they deal with over 500 companies, and I need to call World Premier Benefits. I called on the 21 February, and was told that there was a shipping problem, and I would receive a package on the 2nd March.
Lo and Behold, no package. I called again on the 6th, 11th 19th March and 2nd April. Mr Daniel Lewis told me that there was a problem with shipping and I cannot be refunded, and to wait until I receive my package. My husband also spoke with another representitive, and another hostile representive. Today, I want my $299.00 refunded immediately. I also filed a complaint with the company who withdrew my money, and they told me to take it up with World Global Benifits.
