We attended a seminar and were told we would be given equipment, etc. To sell on a web site — when we finally were able to get the web site working, there was no equipment, etc., to be sold on site — making our purchase useless.
Contacted the billing dept for ePenzio, Duvera Collections, over a several month period asking to cancel — they were rude, screamed at us, and hung up the phone on us several times. I said, "We are customers, and we would like customer service." THe Duvera employee, Josh, yelled, "You are not customers, you are debtors!"
Contacted an ePenzio employee she cancelled our account for us (she said) but Duvera refuses to recognize the cancelled account and continues to hound us and to make our credit report derogatory.
