I was told I had ten (10) days to cancel. I called them within seven (7) days.
I told the person I wanted to cancel and they said they would have to transfer me which conveniently I was disconnected. I did that three times.
To this date I have been charged for a total of $500.00 which I cancelled before they would have charged me. I would like my money back. I felt it was cancelled since I told the gentleman on the phone.
Do to this it has caused me a hardship since it has overdrawn my account each time causing more charges elsewhere. Please can you help me? I am in desperate need of Help! Thanks
