The credit is for a Credit Card for their Merchandise only... However, the money is withdrawn from your account before the actual date that was originally agreed upon... Which created my account to be overdrawn... When I called to cancel — you have 30 days... The man who answered said I needed to send a letter requesting Cancellation...
I asked to speak with a supervisor and then he returned to the line and said Ok, never mind you are cancelled... I told him again. I want a letter of cancellation and he said one would be in the mail... I am still waiting... Today I received a "this is only a receipt and not a bill" form which has my account # (which is not active) and a list of the dates the other monies will be deducted...
I have called the 800# twice today and was on hold for 32 minutes the first time before being automatically disconnected... And the second time 37 minutes and was automatically disconnected...
I do not wish to receive anything from these people...
I thought this was a way to establish credit... But I cannot afford the benefits and one time fee for processing... This is RIDICULOUS...
