Initial meeting with Mr. Gutierrez resulted in a plan to fix credit, pending agreement of everyone involved.initial check for half of the full payment amount was given and quickly cashed by Mr. Gutierrez. However, a few days later we decided after more careful research not to proceed with credit repair. At this point no services had been rendered and no service agreement or contract had been signed. We asked for a refund, as there was nothing done that needed to be paid for. We were told that since he was still willing to continue with the service but we were the ones deciding not to go forth with the credit repair he would not refund our money. I feel this person, is an unethical business owner and as we should have done more research prior, it is still unjustified to not return our money.
