Ralph Gutierrez sold us his services to process credit transactions. The transactions were not forwarded to our bank, big money was lost, Gutierrez does not answer his phone, the address he gave us is a P. O Box, he stole our old credit card processing unit, we haven't been able to recover it. Avoid at all cost.
