Due to not answering their ridiculous request of not responding to an email within 7 days $99.95 taken from my bank account without my permission

I was searching for financial assistance due to being unemployed. They said I completed a form and sent me a letter, which they did. But there was never autorization to deduct money from my bank account! The reason the representitive gave me was from an email that I didn't read in the time of one week. Then he said there was a no refund policy! Bullsh*t
