I came across this site just about 2 weeks ago. I read through it and was interested about their calms of "Internet business opportunity, work at home job, legitimate work at home job, extra money". It costs $49.95/yr plus a one time set-up fee of $15.00 to own your own internet mall.
So I decided to sign up. I paid them in full and received a confirmation email indicating that they had set my store up and it was ready to start making money. (the last contact I have had with the company)
The concept is brilliant and can be successfull. I have numerous problems with the store administration section, security system of the site, and THE TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I emailed them 5 times about these issues and still to this day have not recieved a response. So now I want my money back because I feel that I have been mislead.
I paid $70 for a store that does not operate correctly, and that claims to "stand behind its customers to make sure your business is successfull" but yet I have not heard from them to this day even though I have emailed them countless times.
I am pissed to be blunt. Is there anyway usacomplaints.com can help me get my money back?
